Create your account

Enter your email and choose your profile (rider, coach, or both). It takes a minute.

Order your saddle

€99 + €29 activation fee, paid today — machined saddle, RAD Signal sensor and battery already built in, ready to fit as soon as it arrives. The Rider subscription (€16.99/month, 12-month commitment) doesn't start yet at this stage.

Fit it and activate it

Fit the saddle like any pivotal saddle. Download the RAD 4 BMX app (on the App Store and Google Play), open it and pair your saddle via Bluetooth — this first pairing links it to your account and starts your Rider subscription. Ride, record sprints or track sessions, and watch your telemetry live.

For coaches

Adding a rider unlocks their tracking.

As soon as a rider joins your group, you get access to their data and can build their training programme — adding them enables tracking, it doesn't generate anything automatically.
