Your RAD Signal saddle, ready to ride.
You've just scanned the QR code on the box, or landed on this page directly — either way, here's everything you need to get it up and running.
Your RAD Signal saddle
Sensor and battery already built into the saddle — nothing to install, nothing to wire.
A USB-C cable
For charging, through the port under the saddle, without taking anything apart.
Your seatpost
Only if you ordered one as an option (22.2/25.4/27.2 mm) — otherwise, reuse yours, the saddle is a standard pivotal fitting.
Five steps before your first session.
Charge it before your first ride
Plug the supplied USB-C cable into the port under the saddle. A full charge lasts more than 2 hours of continuous recording at full frequency (25 Hz) — easily enough for a full race day.
Fit it on your bike
Same mounting as any pivotal saddle: compatible seatpost, standard tightening. If you're not comfortable fitting it, your usual BMX shop will do it in a few minutes.
Pair your saddle via Bluetooth
Open the app, it automatically scans for nearby RaceBox units — select yours, no serial number to type in. This first pairing links it permanently to your account.
Ride, then look at your session
Sprint or track session, your telemetry (speed, GPS trace, cornering angle, laps and sectors) is ready in the app as soon as you're back in Bluetooth range.
A few precautions, no hassle.
- 🔌 Charge via USB-C only — no proprietary charger to lose.
- 💧 Avoid full immersion and high-pressure jet washing.
- 🧽 Normal cleaning of the saddle (damp cloth) is no problem at all.
