The saddle order (hardware + activation fee, plus delivery where applicable) is paid by card when you order. The Rider subscription only starts when you first pair the saddle in the app — or automatically 30 days after delivery if it hasn't been paired yet (you get an email reminder beforehand). The details are shown before payment on the order page.
Yes: to the French overseas territories, the whole European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The delivery cost to these destinations is calculated after your order depending on the country: you receive an email with the amount and a payment link, and your saddle ships as soon as it's paid. Outside the European Union and for the overseas territories, any customs duties and import taxes are payable by you. (terms of sale)
The battery lasts more than 2 hours of continuous recording at full frequency (25 Hz) — easily enough for a full race day. Charging is via the USB-C port, accessible without taking anything apart.

RAD Signal is a pivotal saddle, the standard on modern BMX Race bikes. You can choose a seatpost as an option when you order.
No. The rider pays for access to their own data (Rider subscription), the coach pays separately for access to their riders' data (tiered plan). They are two separate rights, never double billing for the same thing.
They move up to the next tier (e.g. from 1-5 to 6-15 riders followed). For now the change is made manually — contact us to adjust your plan.
You can cancel at any time from My account. The Coach subscription has no commitment. The Rider subscription, linked to the saddle purchase, has a 12-month commitment from its actual start (when the saddle is paired): cancelling before the end of that period may incur a decreasing fee, capped at €34.00 (see the terms of sale for details) — except within 14 days of that start, when withdrawal is always free of charge.
